Shipping & Delivery Times
Do You Ship Worldwide?
Yes. We ship our fine art prints globally. Shipping costs are calculated on the checkout page before the payment is processed.
If you are in Australia, New Zealand, the United States, or Canada, we have authorised partners who print, frame, and deliver our fine art prints directly to you. If you’re ordering from these locations, we highly recommend using their services as their lead times may be significantly shorter as they can ship your orders locally.

All fine art prints are shipped directly to you from our fine art photography lab and you will receive SEPARATELY the Certificate of Authentication with a numbered security hologram and a matching hologram to attach to the back of your framed artwork. The Certificate of Authentication states the name of your print, the edition number, the material it’s printed on, and it is signed by the photographer.
How Long Does Shipping Take?
All fine art prints are custom printed just for you and new print orders are processed within 2-3 business days from the date they are placed on our website. Processing, printing, and transit times are between 9-15 business days, depending on where the print order will be delivered. Print orders that are placed during a bank holiday or the weekend will be processed within 2 business days from the following day. You’ll be able to see the approximate transit time for your order at checkout.
If you are ordering a Limited Edition Print (prints that are sized 16 x 24 inches or larger), you will receive a Certificate of Authenticity separately which is dated and signed by the photographer and attached with a security hologram.
Please note that weather conditions, natural disasters, and unique circumstances beyond our control can affect delivery times. If there is a service disruption with the courier for your shipment, it will appear on the provided tracking information.

Do You Offer International Shipping?
Yes, we ship to many international destinations! Shipping times and fees vary by country. Please check our shipping policy or enter your address at checkout for more details.
How Can I Track My Order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package in real time on our website or the carrier’s website
What Should I Do If My Package Is Delayed or Lost?
If your package is delayed, please check the tracking information for updates. If it's lost or hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, contact our customer support team, and we’ll assist you in resolving the issue.
Returns
What is Your Return Policy?
Before you purchase a print, please read carefully the returns policy below and if you need any clarification, please email us at hello@carlacoulson.com.
Damaged goods will be replaced but as the Limited Edition Prints are printed to order, there are no refunds. Please choose carefully when purchasing, as all sales are final.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need a replacement for a damaged product, send us an email at hello@carlacoulson.com.

Orders
How Do I Place an Order?
You can place an order directly on our website by adding items to your cart and proceeding to checkout. Follow the prompts to enter your shipping and payment details, then confirm your order.
Can I Modify or Cancel My Order After Placing It?
We process orders quickly, but if you need to make changes or cancel your order, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed for printing and shipped, modifications may not be possible.
What Should I Do If I Received the Wrong or a Damaged Item?
If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact our support team immediately. We will arrange for a replacement and cover any shipping costs if necessary.
About My Fine Art Prints
What Print Sizes Do You Offer?
My limited edition prints come in the following sizes:
- 16 x 24 inches (41 cm x 61 cm)
- 20 x 30 inches (50 cm x 76 cm)
- 32 x 48 inches (81 cm x 121 cm)
- 36 x 54 inches (91 cm x 137 cm)
I also offer an open edition size in 12 x 18 inches (30 cm x 46 cm) for my Young Girl In Bloom series.
What is the Difference Between a Limited Edition Print and an Open Edition Print?
A limited edition print is available only in a limited quantity. It is numbered and comes with a Certificate of Authenticity with a numbered security hologram and a matching hologram to attach to the back of the print. An open edition print is not numbered and is not limited in quantity.
Do You Offer Custom Sizes?
Yes. If you find that the sizes available on my shop don’t quite fit your space, or if you want a particular print in a larger size, we’re happy to print it in a custom size for you. To get a quote or arrange a custom order with us, please reach out to us at hello@carlacoulson.com.
How are Your Prints Made?
My images are printed with archival inks onto matte Hahnemühle 310 gsm Photo Rag fine art paper with a small white border.
I Ordered a Print from the Young Girl In Bloom Series. Why Does it Look Blurry Up Close?
The film grain and blur on the prints from myYoung Girl In Bloom series are intentional.
In creating this series, I was inspired by that particular moment in a young woman’s life when they are slowly transitioning from their teenage years into adulthood but aren’t quite there yet — when they are on the verge of greatness but often they don’t realise it.
With the motion blur and grain in the images, I wanted to evoke the feeling of haziness and ever-changing emotions that come during this period in life, and hope to inspire women to look within at their own beauty, find their uniqueness, and tap into their power.
Do You Offer Framing?
While we don’t offer framing services in my shop, we work closely with framers in Australia, Canada, and the United States.
